Something I could definitely see Maggie doing when she becomes Lisa's age. I would imagine she'd be kind of like a cross between Bart and Lisa; intelligent and a bit of a trouble maker. So her sister, being the nerd of her family, would be the butt of her pranks [Or in this case, the boob].

The inspiration of this was.. well, basically every anime ever made. I'm quite the fan, and I notice this to be quite the common occurrence. So this lead to thinking: Maybe by this age, Maggie may develop a liking to these shows and may even be influenced by what goes on in them.

Of course, she had to do it in front of an audience. I wanted to put Alisson and Sherry and Terry, but there wasn't enough space, and didn't want to ruin Lisa and Maggie being the center of the picture, so I just put in Janey for fun, Milhouse for comedic effect, and Bart because he's Bart. He'd especially appreciate something like this from a rising star prankster like himself.

One thing that I didn't get to put into this was something that I really wanted that would be key for Maggie to have at this age in reference to what she used to have as a tot. I'm not going to say what it was, because it'll probably show up in a future picture.

Oh yeah, this was fun to draw. I tried to mimic the Simpsons style the best I could while throwing in some personal touches here and there. Lisa's hair style here is one of the versions from her future self in one of the episodes of The Simpsons, but I forget which. Her clothing I tried to keep similar, but not too similar. So I made her dress into a shirt and gave her jeans. Maggie I wanted to give her a "free spirit" kind of look; with her stretched out sweater that looks like a kimono or a poncho along with flip flops. Thankfully, you can't really see the other character's clothing too much, so I didn't have to think of any designs for them.

Notice it says "part 1".. well, Lisa can't let her get away with this, now can she?

Honestly, I'm not sure myself. I still have yet to draw out a sketch, but I'm working on some other things [including other drawings] at the moment. I will say, three parts are my current expectation.. well, eventually.

I like it. It's funny. I also believe that Maggie would be a cross between Bart and Lisa. Out of curiosity, which pairing do you support; NelsonxLisa or MilhousexLisa.
